TRANSFER PRESS
NKC has been involved in the production of tapered cages for many years. NMC also has nine transfer presses that can mass produce taper cages up to φ160. We have two 400TR presses, which can produce products with complex shapes at high speeds.
QUALITY INSPECTION EQUIPMENT
With the advance of bearings, the level of quality and accuracy required for cages is increasing. To meet these standards, NKC America (Georgia) has the latest inspection equipment such as the optical comparator, coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and digital microscope.

INJECTION MOLDING
NKC has produced plastic cages for over 30 years, utilizing press and injection molding technologies that have been cultivated over many years. We develop precision component products using over molding. NMC started plastic product production in 1989 and has more than 20 injection molding machines.
